GvW Graf von Westphalen impresses with expertise in IT law and data protection in connection with medical device software and focuses on the insurance, energy and banking sectors. The practice is particularly well versed in IT security law as well as EU regulations such as the Digital Services Act, NIS 2 and DORA. In addition, the team advises on platforms for data transfer in the mobility sector and supports insurance companies in IT-related liability matters.
