Gleiss Lutz comprehensively advises across the entire spectrum of IT law, including technology transactions, contract negotiations and project support, and focuses on the healthcare sector, where the team recently advised on a tendering for identity management (IdM) and the formation of a joint venture to support digital issues. The practice is jointly led by  Stefan Weidert, who focuses on IP law and digital economy matters, and Christian Hamann (data protection). Alexander Molle most recently assisted with the drafting of cloud-related contracts and IT carve-outs. Matthias Werner joined the partner roster in January 2024 and is a key contact for licensing agreements and joint ventures.
