Preu Bohlig & Partner is highly specialised and focuses on IP matters in the pharmaceutical sector, including litigation before higher administrative courts, the Federal Administrative Court and the European Court of Justice. The team is team led by Peter von Czettritz and comprehensively advises on all aspects of pharmaceutical, medical device, patent and competition law, which was most recently demonstrated in proceedings pertaining to delimitation between medical devices and pharmaceuticals as well as in annulment proceedings against a decision by the European Commission regarding the extended IP protection of pharmaceuticals. Alexander Meier (regulatory advice) left the firm in October 2023 for an in-house position.
