Advising Bayer AG on negotiations with the General Works Council and the Group Spokespersons Committee on the restructuring and personnel reduction program 'Best BAYER'.
Advising SAP SE on a group-wide staff reduction (approx. 3,000 employees), including various expert opinions and statements on collective law issues, support in collective law disputes and negotiations, employment law support in various compliance proceedings, as well as advice and negotiation in mass proceedings (salary increases for early retirees).
Advising NTT Data Deutschland SE / NTT Germany on the OneNTT project, the integration of NTT Data and NTT Germany Ltd. through the introduction of a cross-company matrix structure, including merging the organisational structures of around 3,000 employees, reconciliation of interests and social plan negotiations with both the general works council of NTT Data Deutschland and the general works council of NTT Germany Ltd.
