Flick Gocke Schaumburg's employment practice is particularly adept in matters relating to transactions and negotiations with employee representatives as well as in advising on collective bargaining law and company pension schemes. The group is further experienced in compliance, internal investigations and litigation. Ursula Neuhoff (restructuring, staff reductions, equal opportunities issues) made partner in January 2024 and is part of the team led by Tobias Nießen, who regularly takes the lead in negotiations on reconciliations of interests, social plans and works agreements.
