In addition, the team acts for clients from the telecommunications and renewable energies both as party representative in arbitration proceedings and as arbitrator. Thomas Lennarz is particularly well versed in proceedings before state courts as well as in out-of-court negotiations and mediation proceedings, especially with regards to ​​climate change disputes, and frequently acts as an arbitrator.
