Taylor Wessing represents clients, particularly from the life sciences, manufacturing and technology, automotive, consumer goods and energy sectors, in numerous arbitration proceedings. These include proceedings to reverse arbitral awards, their recognition and enforcement, and the application for interim measures. Led by practice head Philipp Behrendt, the team also often acts as arbitrator. Donata Von Enzberg regularly acts as presiding arbitrator in DIS arbitration proceedings and as party-appointed arbitrator in ICC arbitration proceedings pertaining to damages claims.
