Advising the private equity group AURELIUS on the financing of the takeover of the LSG Group from Deutsche Lufthansa AG.
Advising Standard Chartered Bank, Commerzbank, Kommunal Kredit, Santander and Afreximbank on a €1.29 billion two-tranche loan to support the Angola Rural Electrification Project, which will electrify 60 sites in rural Angola.
