- Advising a banking consortium led by Landesbank Baden-Württemberg on the financing of the acquisition of a 24.95% stake in the transmission system operator TransnetBW by the so-called Südwest Consortium.
- Advising IONOS Group SE on a syndicated loan agreement for an €800 million term facility. The loan is provided by an international consortium consisting of nine banks and serves to partially refinance the shareholder loan issued by United Internet AG to IONOS Holding SE.
