Its tax practice is involved in the tax structuring of the financing of investments, M&A transactions, leveraged buyouts, restructurings and joint ventures. Marie-Laure Bruneel and Charles-Henri de Gouvion Saint Cyr are responsible for jointly leading the practice. Bruneel has extensive knowledge of the tax aspects relating to fund formation. Saint Cyr is knowledgeable of the tax aspects of real estate, financial restructuring, LBOs and private equity transactions.
