'Pragmatism, responsiveness, competence' are the calling cards of the group at Jones Day, which handles the financing and development of their domestic and international involving the transportation infrastructure and renewables segments. Leadership is shared between Nicolas Brice and Rémy Fekete, as well as new arrivals Carine Mou Si Yan and François-Guilhem Vaissier. Mou Si Yan joined the practice in December 2023 from Orrick, while Vaissier joined from White & Case LLP in March 2024.

Highlight-Mandate

  • Represented Caisse des Dépôt et Consignations in its participation in the public auction bid launched by Région Grand Est to finance investments in order to renew, upgrade and operate the fleet of the regional express trains (TER).
  • Represented Waga Energy in an inaugural €100m corporate syndicated loan with a consortium of 5 banking groups.
  • Represented Atinkou and its shareholder Eranove in the structuring and financing for a total amount of €404m.
