The firm’s comprehensive offering covers the full range of distressed situations, corporate reorganisations and insolvency proceedings on behalf of creditors, debtors, investors and potential buyers, with the Paris team particularly well equipped to handle major cross-border restructuring deals with the support of the firm’s other international offices.
