- Advised Arcole Industries (specialising for over 15 years in the turnaround of French SMEs and industrial mid-cap distressed companies) on the takeover of the assets and activities of Entreprise André Roux and Elan (Alsos group) by its subsidiary, G2C New Co company (G2C group), under a sale plan.
