Hogan Lovells (Paris) LLP is able to tackle a high diversity of disputes starting with mass proceedings linked to product liability matters (especially in the healthcare sector where the team advises on prominent cases). Corporate litigation is another strong field of expertise through practice head Arthur Dethomas who is entrusted by leading investment funds as well as companies to handle M&A related conflicts while also handling challenging commercial litigation. Finally, the team also regularly acts in matters linked to the IT and internet spheres (notably representing major internet companies). The team also includes Christine Gateau and Christelle Coslin. Counsel Marine De Montecler provides support.
