Highlight-Mandate

Assisting SCCV Les Thermes with the planning issues related to the renovation of Thermes d’Aix les Bains, a popular tourist destination in the French Alps, aimed at its conversion into a major housing development.
Advising Linkcity, the international property development arm of the Bouygues Group, on the development of the Coeur de Ville project in the municipality of Ferney Voltaire, which will involve the construction of a major university campus.
Assisting SEMOP Port La-Nouvelle in a lawsuit that has been filed by non-profit organisations, such as Amis de La Terre France, La France Insoumise and Europe Écologie-Les Verts, and several individuals, seeking to cancel the concession contract for the development, operation, and management of the Port La-Nouvelle commercial port.
