PRK Partners

At PRK Partners, the team adopts a multidisciplinary approach through its coordination with the firm's corporate, IP, and banking and finance departments to support clients on a range of international matters. The group regularly advises on the operation, licensing and regulatory  aspects of infrastructure projects, as well as handling renewable energy matters, including financing work and development of solar power plants. The department is co-led by Jakub Lichnovský, who has extensive expertise in handling EPC contracts and the development of real estate projects; Martin Kříž, who has a solid track record in advising on the regulatory and M&A aspects of heating and gas developments; and Daniel Rosický, a key contact for high-value energy sector litigation. Rudolf Kožušník, Jana Pekařová and Robert Reiss are key members of the team.
