The group's comprehensive service covers syndicated and corporate lending, debt restructuring and project, acquisition and corporate finance. The team is headed by structured finance expert Jiří Tomola, who leads the firm's restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy group; and Daniel Hurych, who brings over 25 years of experience to acquisition and corporate financing. Ondřej Bartoň manages complex restructuring and insolvency mandates.

Highlight-Mandate
- Advised European energy group ČEZ on signing a EUR 840m loan agreement for the purposes of financing the acquisition of a 55.21% stake in GasNet, an operator of gas distribution infrastructure in the Czech Republic, from funds managed by Macquarie Asset Management.
- Advised on a EUR 635m bridge loan from a bank consortium composed of Santander, Société Générale, Komerční banka, Raiffeisen, SMBC, Barclays and Erste Bank.
- Assisted Heimstaden Bostad, a European residential real estate company, in securing EUR 700m of sustainability-linked bank financing.
