Representing Argus New Energy Fund which was caught up in the middle of a dispute involving claims against a company it holds shares in, in relation to an alleged breach of a consultation agreement.
Acting as one of the lead counsels of Altius Insurance in Cyprus and appointed to represent its clients in medical negligence cases as well as insured drivers involved in road traffic accidents.
Representing the Bank of Cyprus in cases relating to the collection of non-performing loans as well as procedures relating to the enforcement of mortgages and other securities.
