The team’s expertise covers zoning issues, pipeline developments and power lines, along with expropriation procedures and the regularisation of industrial plants’ property titles. Clients further turn to the group for administrative litigation, regulatory compliance, and to obtain permits and licences. The firm’s real estate, construction and public and regulatory law practices are led by Pabla Gaínza, an adviser on urban planning, zoning, easements, expropriation processes and the regularisation of real estate assets. Senior associate Karin Muñoz departed the firm in April 2024.
