She co-leads the finance group with Catherine Pham, a senior transactional lawyer. Ramesh Maharaj is a noted advisor on private equity matters, restructurings and corporate finance transactions, while for joint venture arrangements and SPACs, Hayden Isbister is a key name. Advised Lloyds Bank on a senior secured facility that included a £1.5bn equivalent term loan A facility, a $2.68bn term loan B facility and upsizing its revolving credit facility to £1 billion and related inter-creditor matters by and among the finance parties and the Flutter Group.
Advising Credit Agricole on Cayman Islands law aspects of a refinancing involving the extension of maturity in respect of approximately $2.6bn in LC cash collateralization and term loan liabilities under the group's facilities.
