In May 2024, Ottawa-based senior counsel Rambod Behboodi joined the firm from GenevaTradeLaw.com. In October 2023, former department co-heads Jesse Goldman and Matthew Kronby left the firm together with associate Jacob Mantle.

Represented PCL Construction Management in an administrative and judicial process seeking to overturn over C$50m in duties, penalties, taxes and interest assessed under the Special Import Measures Act.
Represented the UK Government - Department of Business and Trade, as co-counsel, on drafting and negotiating free trade agreements with other countries and trading blocs.
Acted for Canadian National Railway Company in proceedings before the Federal Court challenging administrative monetary penalties issued by the Canada Border Services Agency.
