Advised Alvotech and JAMP Pharma on eight actions related to AbbVie’s six patents regarding its biologic drug HUMIRA; four of the actions were commenced by AbbVie pursuant to the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations and four of the actions were commenced by JAMP.
Represented ARC Resources, Rockies LNG Limited Partnership, Rockies LNG GP Corp and Birchcliff Energy in a patent action concerning the validity of a Steelhead patent for a floating liquid natural gas facility.
