Boyanov & Co.’s in-depth dispute resolution experience includes representation in complex litigation proceedings before Bulgaria’s highest courts, including the supreme court of cassation and the supreme administrative court, in matters spanning the chemicals, pharma, energy and banking sectors, among others. The team has recently handled a number of IP and copyright infringement cases in the pharma sector, insolvency procedures for a real estate company and complex employment litigation matters in the Bulgarian courts. Kina Chuturkova leads the team and is a highly regarded practitioner in this space, having formerly sat as a judge in the supreme court of cassation and since then handling an array of complex litigation and arbitration proceedings. Radoslav Alexandrov is an active member of the department and primarily handles employment disputes.

Advising and representing Heidelberg Materials Devnya in a number of administrative and court proceedings related to the orders issued by the State Reserves and Wartime Stocks Agency.
Advising and representing Neochim in a dispute with Bulgargaz, the sole public supplier of natural gas for the territory of Bulgaria, for the return of advance payment under the contract for sale of gas for the period April –June 2023 when Neochim claims to have experienced an industrial incident qualifying to a force majeure.
Advising Satellite in two interrelating disputes against a former employee of the company and his company named at its registration as Satellite Trading which has been using the logo of Satellite to steal the business of the client of trading in laminating folio with a South Korean company.
