Highlight-Mandate

Advises the Lukoil Group in Bulgaria in two set of high-profile national proceedings regarding alleged abuses of dominant position on the market in the form of refusal to grant access to essential infrastructure and margin squeeze.
Advised the Ministry of Justice on the implementation of a mechanism for the execution of judgments on claims brought against Bulgaria before the European Court of Human rights, proposing a concept for avoiding future litigation and for improvement of Bulgaria’s defence before the ECHR.
Advised ESRI Bulgaria Ltd. in a dispute related to the refusal of the Ministry of Agriculture to approve and pay for the implementation of an IT project for digitalisation of the governance of the sector.
