Acting for Sergeii Lagur and Stepan Ivakhiv in a dispute concerning the assets of the late Mr Igor Yeremeiev, a wealthy and prominent Ukrainian businessman, and particularly his interest in the prominent West Oil Group and Continuum Group in Ukraine.
Acted for the joint provisional liquidators of Real Estate (RA) Global Opportunity Fund I Limited and continue to act for the liquidators since the company went into full liquidation in March 2024.
