Assisting the Belgian State - Ministry of National Defence to secure the Belgian State’s interests in relation to a more than 5 M. EUR worth public procurement contract entered into with the UK company Jankel Armouring Limited which entered into administration proceedings in the UK.
Advising Grandvision Benelux to secure the Grand Optical brand in the framework of the bankruptcy proceedings of Retail Optical Stores Belgium.
Advising Hong Kong based NewCity Capital LLC, an ultimate shareholder and director of football club KV Oostende NV, in relation to the financial distress situation of KV Oostende and the recovery of its 2,8 million EUR shareholder loan in the bankruptcy proceedings of KV Oostende NV.
