Highlight-Mandate

  • Advised VDL Groep BV in the context of merger control and filing requirements for the acquisition of Van Hool’s bus and coach activities.
  • Assisted De Werkvennootschap with the major “Conversion of R4 West and East into Primary Roads” DBFM project in 2024. The project, with a duration of approximately 37 years, entails a large investment (approximately EUR715 million excluding VAT) in liability on and around the R4.
  • Assisted a consortium composed of Exxon Mobil, Ineos, TotalEnergies, BASF, Air Liquide, Borealis, Fluxys and the Port Authority in the context of the so-called Antwerp@C project working towards a climate-neutral port.
