Highlight-Mandate

Represented BT, Colt, and another confidential operator in damage claims against Proximus, the Belgian incumbent operator, and secured a Brussels Enterprise Court judgment favourable to the clients in June 2024, concluding that Proximus had abused its dominant position.
Advised IBS Capital Management on a comprehensive and complex data protection and cybersecurity assessment of the group company data processing activities regarding the sale of IBS through a controlled auction sale.
Advised Euroclear on complex Fintech-related matters, including, among others, the acquisition of Banco Inversis.
