Acting for AIG and their uninsured Unilin NV, Belgian part of the US Mohawk group in relation to a claim brought against them in the UK for alleged defective insulation material in the construction industry.
Acted for Schneider Electric in a first ever complex dispute against Allnex Belgium NV and Allnex Germany GmbH over an aborted electricity purchase transaction on the German market for which Allnex demanded financial compensation.
Assisting Polish company Dohmeyer, a specialist in freezer equipment and part of the listed company Japanese Air Water Incorporation, with a contractual dispute with Pfizer Manufacturing Belgium NV regarding the delivery and construction of two blast freezers and two storage freezers at the Pfizer site in Puurs, Belgium.
