The international trade and regulation practice at Gide Loyrette Nouel A.A.R.P.I regularly advises major French and European multinational companies on trade defence measures, WTO and EU trade regulation, and sanctions compliance mandates. Olivier Prost heads the team and boasts a diverse practice, working across the consumer goods, resource, and industrial sectors on tariff regulation, as well as anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations. Within the team, Clément Bouvarel deputises, focusing his practice on EU and MENA trade defence instruments.

- Representing Spanish and French Pork producer associations in an anti-dumping investigation initiated by China in June 2024 on imports of certain pork products from the EU.
