Cameron Blackwood heads up the practice; Melbourne-based Rhys Jewell advises on the tax aspects of M&A transactions and tax structurings; and Michael Carroll regularly acts for clients in the manufacturing sector. Mark Payne, Jennee Chan and Simon Mifsud are other highly regarded practitioners in the department.
