Highlight-Mandate

  • Acting for the WSP the design consultants in proceedings in the Supreme Court of NSW brought by the construction contractors John Holland and Leighton Contractors. Our client was responsible for the design of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning), plumbing and lighting services in each of the new stations.
  • Representing John Holland in an ongoing multi-party proceeding in the Federal Court of Australia arising from the administration of the Hastie Group in May 2012.
