Highlight-Mandate
Acting for the plaintiff in the QLD Energy Class Action, which was brought against Stanwell Corporation and CS Energy on behalf of electricity consumers in Queensland, alleging that Stanwell and CS Energy gamed the electricity pricing system and artificially inflated consumers’ electricity bills.
Representing the plaintiff in a class action (funded by Woodsford Litigation Funding) against Mercedes-Benz Australia/Pacific and its German parent companies, which manufactured and supplied certain affected Mercedes-Benz diesel vehicles fitted with ‘defeat devices’.
Acting for the plaintiff against IG Markets on behalf of investors who traded contracts for difference (CFDs) with IG Markets.
