Patrick Wolff is Of Counsel in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice.

He focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, capital markets and financial regulation and compliance advisory.

He was formerly Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Uniper SE, a listed global energy and commodities trading company. Beginning with the merger of VIAG and VEBA to E.ON in 2000, he intensively advised E.ON on M&A transactions, complex restructurings, spin-off, listing and the set-up of corporate management and compliance structures. He advised governance bodies on defense strategies and shareholders activism.

Being in the energy industry over 20 years he has extensive expertise in global energy markets and industries, served in Boards of Management and Supervisory Boards of companies in the in the energy sector, including a Russian listed energy company.
