Attila Oldag is a corporate partner in the Munich office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. With his many years of in-depth experience, Attila focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A as well as private equity transactions. In addition, Attila regularly advises on joint venture transactions, corporate reorganizations and selected capital markets issues. He advises German and foreign corporations as well as financial sponsors.
