Dr. Michael Ehret is a tax partner in the Munich office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Michael is qualified as German tax lawyer and tax advisor (Steuerberater) and has specialized tax experience in advising mergers & acquisitions and (re-)financing transactions, in particular as regards domestic and international M&A, private equity, acquisition financing, capital markets transactions, tax restructurings and fund investments.
