Stefano is a corporate and commercial transactions lawyer with particular focus on M&A, acting for technology, manufacturing, fashion/luxury and retail & consumer businesses.

Working out of Bird & Bird Milan and San Francisco offices, he is often involved in deals with a significant international element, acting for global organizations, fast-growth tech companies and financial investors. Alongside his transactional work, he supports US clients by connecting them with our European, Middle East and Asia-Pacific legal experts across all practice areas.

Having joined Bird & Bird in 2003, made partner at the age of 31 in 2008, and acted as co-lead of Bird & Bird international Corporate Group for five years until 2019, Stefano knows the majority of Bird & Bird people worldwide and can easily identify the right lawyer to meet the needs and expectations of  clients.

As of May 2021, Stefano has been appointed Board Member of the Firm.
