Carole is a partner in the Corporate group in Paris, where she is involved in M&A and private equity transactions.

Carole regularly advises French and international companies, investment funds and institutional investors on their M&A transactions. She also advises corporate funds, investment funds and start-ups on private equity transactions (venture capital, development capital).
