Borys Strukov is a senior associate and a member of the Dispute Resolution team at Taylor Wessing in Kiev, Ukraine. Besides being experienced in multiple areas subject to national Ukrainian regulations, he particularly specialises in advising national and international clients in commercial disputes and litigation, as well as in arbitration matters. He has also participated in civil, economic and administrative court trials on behalf of both contesting parties, through all litigation stages, including courts of appeal and cassation.

Before joining Taylor Wessing in 2018, Borys worked as an in-house lawyer for several international companies, e.g. in the pharmaceutical and agriculture sector.

Borys is a member of the Kiev Region Bar Association.

Borys obtained a bachelor‘s degree in law at the Kherson State University and also studied law at the Kharkiv National University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, both in Ukraine. In addition, he graduated in social studies from the Kherson State University.
