Katarzyna Matusiak is a senior associate and a member of the Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets team at Taylor Wessing Warsaw in Poland. She is experienced in advising clients in all matters regarding mergers and acquisitions, as well as real estate transactions. Katarzyna has a deep understanding of the Life Sciences sector, in addition she also specialises in construction, commercial and civil law matters.

In the course of her professional career, Katarzyna has participated in multistage share sale transactions, real estate sales and acquisitions by both national and international entities. She has also advised commercial clients on complex lease agreements. Katarzyna has completed a number of legal due diligences ahead of various transactions.

Prior to joining Taylor Wessing she gained experience by working in Polish and international law firms and as an in-house lawyer in one of the biggest Polish state owned companies.
