Karin Pomaizlová is a partner and Head of IP/IT at Taylor Wessing Prague, Czech Republic. Karin has extensive experience in IP enforcement and administration, representing clients before the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), the Industrial Property Office, the State Office for Drug Control and Czech courts. She is also experienced in IP-licensing (mainly trademarks, software and know-how) and issues pertaining to the pharmaceutical industry (e.g.: regulation of advertising, FCPA, compliance, clinical studies and data privacy). Furthermore, Karin has experience in Dispute Resolution including unfair competition matters. Karin regularly represents market leaders in the pharmaceutical, technology, fashion, beverage and other consumer goods industries.

Karin gained professional experience by working at Seddons Solicitors in Prague as a junior associate and as an associate at Linklaters (Alliance) Prague, where she later led the Intellectual Property department. From 2008 she was a partner in her own practice, before she joined Taylor Wessing as a partner in 2015.
