Aleš Linhart is a partner at Taylor Wessing in Prague. He advises national and international clients in all areas of Litigation & Dispute Resolution. In addition, he has in-depth experience in Pharmaceutical Law. After 20 years of experience his consulting portfolio includes contentious and non-contentious matters. These include development projects, construction law, claims, administrative procedures related to pharmaceutical law and various legal disputes, with a focus on construction law and breach of contracts.

He gained first experience being an associate at Skácel, Honzík & Partners in Prague. He was a partner at LINHART & FINTA, as well as a self-employed attorney before he joined Taylor Wessing CEE in 2013.
