For over 14 years, she has been helping businesses from various industry sectors with their commercial and product liability disputes (be it about an aircraft, a washing machine, a medical device or content hosted on a website). Christelle focuses her practice on building litigation strategies and providing concrete solutions to global groups when they are involved in complex matters or disputes involving multiple stakeholders.

She has extensive experience in assisting clients address complex and multi-layered regulatory and compliance issues and environments, both in the context of actual litigation or dispute mitigation. Based on the mass tort litigation she has worked on previously, she is perfectly matched to help her clients navigate the changing legal landscape in France, in particular in the context of the rise of class actions and the increased civil and criminal liability risks for companies.

Christelle has long-standing experience in assisting major companies with any international law issues they may face, whether they relate to the determination of the court having jurisdiction, the choice of applicable law, the enforcement of foreign judgments in France and the coordination of French proceedings with litigation pending in other countries, in particular in the U.S. This includes helping with FNC motions or evidence gathering through the mechanisms of the Evidence Hague Convention and the application of the French Blocking statute, as well as the implementation of U.S. e-discovery requests in France.
