Dr. Philipp von Dietze has been working for more than 20 years as a corporate lawyer, since 2000 with Brödermann Jahn.

Dr. Philipp von Dietze focuses on advising clients in their growth strategy including the acquisition of companies, the establishment of joint ventures, financing rounds and the implementation of sales and distribution systems. The recent work encompasses also major plant construction projects in particular in the cleantec and renewable energy sector. Dr. Philipp von Dietze is also working on antitrust law issues, in particular with regard to distribution, production and R&D cooperation agreements and antitrust compliance within dominant companies.
