Markus Janko advises employers in particular on restructurings, corporate acquisitions and due diligence processes. He is particularly experienced in supporting international groups, in deploying transfer companies and in insolvency employment law. His particular focus here is on consultancy work for well-known administrators in big insolvency proceedings and for enterprises on corporate acquisitions from insolvency estates, and employment-law reorganisation in creditors' protection proceedings.
