Karriere

Dr Daniel Smyrek's particular expertise lies in the drafting of cross-border commercial contracts and the conduct of complex commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings. Dr Smyrek's regional focus is on France, the MENA region and the French-speaking countries of Africa. Dr Smyrek has been admitted as a German lawyer since 2004 and as a French Avocat à la Cour since 2007. He is also accredited as an arbitrator with the CMAP in Paris.

Dr Smyrek's clients include medium-sized companies from industry and commerce as well as various banks, which Dr Smyrek advises on cross-border legal cases, often relating to France, Africa and the Near and Middle East.
