  • ‘The team is highly skilled at dealing with dispute resolution (e.g. reinsurance disputes) and regulatory controversies. Each team member has many years of experience with insurance and reinsurance issues. There are other firms with larger teams, but without the deep experience.’

  • ‘Michele Jacobson is very experienced in insurance and reinsurance disputes and litigation. She is a strong advocate for her client and has the intelligence and know-how to litigate complex cases.’

  • ‘Antonia Ianniello is a phenomenal attorney. In addition to be exceptionally bright, she brings both a legal and business perspective to the table when addressing issues in a broad spectrum of circumstances. She surrounds herself with strong performers and personally makes sure that the work meets her standards before the client sees it. She brings additional resources into a situation where it will benefit the unique circumstances. She is very persuasive and an excellent negotiator as well.’
