Based in King & Spalding LLP‘s New York office, Randy Mastro fields extensive experience in taking on high-profile matters in state and federal courts. He continues to represent Madison Square Garden (MSG) across a range of disputes, most notably helping it overturn a judgement that blocked its use of facial recognition to ban attorneys employed by firms suing MSG from entering its venues. He was also retained by Boies Schiller spinoff Freedman Normand Friedland LLP following an inter-partner feud with Jason Cyrulnik, whom they fired for cause, after which he filed suit; Mastro helped the firm negotiate a settlement in June 2024.
