The group is well-equipped to handle high-value divorces, providing internal independent financial advice and divorce coaching, while advising on complex children matters involving mental health concerns and disputes over religion. Practice head Amanda Melton regularly assists with property disputes between cohabiting couples. Trained mediator Kate Ryan is noted for her deep knowledge of coercive and controlling behaviour, and Javita Malhotra is a key name for matters involving alternative family structures. Jolene Hutchison left the team in 2024.
