- Assisted with the property aspects of the St Fergus Terminal and the Peterhead Port.
- Advised investment manager Harrison Street on its joint venture with NFU Mutual and Apache Capital, for the £140 million refinancing and forward-funding deal at the McEwan, a build-to-rent (BTR) scheme operated and developed by Moda Living in Edinburgh.
